80:20 Nisbah System
Every month, net cooperative profit is distributed at an 80:20 ratio — 80% to members and 20% to the cooperative. Members with savings above the minimum threshold receive nisbah proportionally.
Distribution is done every 25th of the following month.
80% of profits are divided equally among eligible members.
20% goes to cooperative development (TBSmart).
